Pet Care

 1. In the event of cancellation that are notified to us 14 days prior to start of the booking period, all fess less the non-refundable deposit, will be funded, or held over subsequent bookings. 

2. Any bookings that are cancelled between 14days and 18days before start date of the booking, will require 50% payment for services 

3. All bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be payable in full. 

4. If Canine Concept Walks & Training cannot provide the service agreed, we will do our best to arrange an alternative, unless in extreme circumstances, where we will endeavour to give 24 hours’ notice. 

Dog Training

 1. If sessions are terminated by either party, Canine Concept Training will refund unused session minus 15% per, this is to take in to count time and effort that is put in to planning the training sessions.
